TIMELINE
The Gerbaldo family established RIGERPLAST, commencing its activities in the field of the recycling of plastic material.
Diversification of the business with the production of both standard and special micronised polymers for rotational moulding, masterbatches and hot melts for fabrics.
The company expands, changing its name into Rigerplast Polimeri s.r.l. A new plant is built, featuring a new R&D laboratory covering a total surface of some 20,000 sq.m., 3,000 of which if covered production area.
The company takes the name Gerbaldo Polimeri Srl: new investments are made in the laboratory, equipping it with more state-of-the-art equipment, and quality and customer service are improved.
The company aims at new and increasingly ambitious objectives: engagement of new shareholders, capital increases and becoming an S.p.A.
Doubling of both the production and office area. Opening of a second chemistry laboratory dedicated to the development of smart materials.
